Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 3/08/2026.
Commitment to Accessibility
Richwood is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the user experience of our website for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee equal access to our custom home building services.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Richwood is actively working towards making our website fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
Ongoing Efforts
Operating as a business in Pennsylvania, we strive to adhere to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA). Maintaining an accessible digital space is an ongoing effort, much like building and maintaining a physical home. We regularly review our website to identify, assess, and fix any accessibility barriers that may arise.
Feedback and Assistance We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our site. If you encounter any accessibility barriers while browsing or trying to use our contact form, please let us know so we can assist you directly and make the necessary improvements.
